At our initial conversation we’ll discuss your current state of health and digestion, what is troubling you, where you feel you need to improve your physical and emotional wellbeing or nutrition.

I’ll share initial recommendations for changes to your diet and formulate customized herbal tinctures and flower essences relevant to your situation.

If you live nearby you can then schedule a pick-up, if not I can ship these out to you. In the US this usually gets to patients within a week but obviously, that depends on your location and the postal service.

We’ll use this as a starting point and in your subsequent sessions we’ll discuss what worked what didn’t and how we can dig deeper to bring you back to optimum health and well being

The price for the initial consultation is $180 and includes:

• 1.5-2 Hours on a call or video conference. Of course when circumstances allow we can meet in person at my home office in Brooklyn.

• A follow-up call within a week of receiving the tinctures or essences

The price for follow up consultations is $150 and includes:

• 1 hour on a call or video conference. Of course when circumstances allow we can meet in person at my home office in Brooklyn.

• A follow-up call within a week of receiving the tinctures or essences

These prices do not include:

• herbs, tinctures, flower essences I supply. These generally cost you between $50-100 per consultation.

• Shipping costs for me to send you any of the above.
