3 Seed Tea
You can mix the proportion of these seeds to your liking. This tea has many health benefits, I love to drink it after a meal to aid digestion and to keep my body feeling calm.
Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon whole dried fennel seed
1/2 teaspoon whole dried coriander seed
1/2 teaspoon whole dried cumin seed
1 quart of boiled water
Instructions
Grind the seeds together roughly until you can smell the aroma.
Pour the seeds into a quart jar.
Fill the jar with boiling water and cover.
Steep for at least 15 minutes.
Strain and drink throughout the day, warm or cold.
