3 Seed Tea

You can mix the proportion of these seeds to your liking. This tea has many health benefits, I love to drink it after a meal to aid digestion and to keep my body feeling calm.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon whole dried fennel seed

  • 1/2 teaspoon whole dried coriander seed

  • 1/2 teaspoon whole dried cumin seed

  • 1 quart of boiled water

Instructions

  1. Grind the seeds together roughly until you can smell the aroma.

  2. Pour the seeds into a quart jar.

  3. Fill the jar with boiling water and cover.

  4. Steep for at least 15 minutes.

  5. Strain and drink throughout the day, warm or cold.
